Whiteholmes Apiaries; The Peak District Honey & Bee Farm. We are a first generation, family-run bee farm managing 450 honeybee colonies across Derbyshire, based at Whiteholmes Farm, Winster, Derbyshire, in the Peak District. All our honey is single-origin, cold-filtered, unpasteurised and comes straight from our own bees, never bought in or blended. We are proud to supply pure local honey direct to customers, as well as to independent shops, bakeries and other local beekeepers across the area.

For the honey monsters, 2.2lb (1kg) of Derbyshire honey Pure 2.2lb (1kg) jar of Derbyshire honey harvested from our own bees at Whiteholmes apiaries. We are a family run bee farm based in the Peak District, Derbyshire. Every jar comes from a single apiary, giving full traceability back to the exact location the bees foraged. Cold-filtered and unpasteurised to protect the natural enzymes, pollen and full flavour. 100% pure | Unpasteurised | Cold-filtered | Single-origin honey. Produced and jarred by Whiteholmes Apiaries, Winster, Derbyshire ** Raw honey may crystallise naturally. The pollen and natural particles present in raw honey speed up the crystallisation process. To return it to liquid, simply stand the jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water until the crystals dissolve. **
