Pingle Produce

Our nature-friendly market garden has been providing Wirksworth and the local area with a naturally grown, tasty array of unusual salads, herbs, fruit and vegetables for almost ten years. Soil health is paramount, a healthy soil' biome makes for more nutritious (and tasty!) veg, We're based in Ashleyhay at the dizzy height of 650ft on the edge of the Peak District. Alongside our own crops, we bring produce in from both neighbouring farms and a certified organic wholesaler which allows for a greater range of fresh, chemical free produce! Fermented goods such as sauerkraut are periodically available (when Fash has time in the kitchen!) all made from our veg.
